Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
AutoGem is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
